There are still significantly fewer female founders than male founders. Gender equality in the startup world is not only a question of justice, but also an important prerequisite for the success of companies. Diversity in teams promotes creativity and innovation as well as a change of perspective. In order to fully exploit the potential of all genders in the startup world, it is crucial to recognize their respective strengths and use them wisely.

With the Gender Catch-up project, we want to catch up, merge and synchronize. With strong partners and tailor-made events, we want to highlight the strengths of all participants of all genders and close gender gaps.

A balanced team composition can help to use a wide range of competencies and thus increase a startup's chances of success. In DIGITALHUB, we are leading the way with a joint board of directors - Vera Zimmermann and Eiko Gerten - and a diverse team.
